Winter is a time of deep reflection and contemplation. To celebrate this, The Biggest Picture has teamed up with Kit Kline of Nature Based Therapy to bring you “Nature Revive” – a workshop encouraging you to rug up, get outdoors and face the elements.
The day is based in Anglesea, Victoria, and begins with a three-hour Deep Time Walk – a fascinating 4.6km journey through the 4.6 billion years of Earth’s history. You will learn about how our wonderful planet transformed from a ball of lava to the beautiful home we all share today.
We will then lunch together at Diggers Veggie Kitchen, nourishing body and mind while reflecting on the morning’s experience. Lunch, dessert and a hot drink are included.
For the remainder of the day we will deepen our appreciation and sense of awe for our natural world, with a session in Nature Based Therapy.
We invite you to walk together, connect with nature and explore what winter means for you as we contemplate the bigger picture.
